Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZYXP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZYXP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher ZYXP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZYXP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, HNSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ZYXP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
