ZWINT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZWINT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,408 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZWINT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPI, RFC5, and NCAPH. Each is linked with ZWINT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZWINT-to-partner and partner-to-ZWINT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZWINT versus CENPI in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZWINT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZWINT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
