ZWINT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZWINT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 807 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZWINT-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, NUSAP1, and HASPIN. Each is linked with ZWINT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZWINT-to-partner and partner-to-ZWINT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OIP5 grouped by ZWINT-low versus ZWINT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZWINT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZWINT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
