Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZWILCH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,958 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZWILCH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK1, SMC2, and SMC4. Each is linked with ZWILCH in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZWILCH-to-partner and partner-to-ZWILCH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZWILCH versus CDK1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZWILCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZWILCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
