ZSWIM4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSWIM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,149 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSWIM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPB1, C22orf31, and IFT27. Each is linked with ZSWIM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSWIM4-to-partner and partner-to-ZSWIM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSWIM4 versus UPB1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSWIM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSWIM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
