Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZSWIM2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZSWIM2 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher ZSWIM2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZSWIM2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZSWIM2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
