ZSWIM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSWIM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,194 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSWIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL4, CCL3, and ADAM33. Each is linked with ZSWIM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSWIM1-to-partner and partner-to-ZSWIM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL4 grouped by ZSWIM1-low versus ZSWIM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSWIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSWIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
