Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZSWIM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,737 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSWIM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Promoter clearance during DNA-templated transcription, RNA polymerase II promoter clearance, and Regulatory ncRNA-mediated gene silencing. Each is linked with ZSWIM1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSWIM1-to-partner and partner-to-ZSWIM1 results are reported.
