Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,065 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZSCAN5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, SAE1, and SF3B3. Each is linked with ZSCAN5A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN5A-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN5A versus TRIM28 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
