ZSCAN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,418 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QTNF3, LIG1, and FOXM1. Each is linked with ZSCAN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN4-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QTNF3 grouped by ZSCAN4-low versus ZSCAN4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
