ZSCAN29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,835 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANP32A, RTF1, and TP53BP1. Each is linked with ZSCAN29 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN29-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN29 versus ANP32A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN29→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
