ZSCAN29

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN29 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,773 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN29-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMA5-AS1, DBNDD2, and RAE1. Each is linked with ZSCAN29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN29-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN29 versus LAMA5-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN29→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
