ZSCAN29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN29 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN29-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FASN, and INPP4B. Each is linked with ZSCAN29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN29-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by ZSCAN29-low versus ZSCAN29-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN29→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
