ZSCAN29

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZSCAN29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,877 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN29-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP4, INO80, and IREB2. Each is linked with ZSCAN29 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN29-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN29 versus TUBGCP4 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
