Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZSCAN29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN29-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L4, PRY2, and HSFY2. Each is linked with ZSCAN29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN29-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN29 results are reported.
