ZSCAN26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,600 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN26-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, VEZF1, and RING1. Each is linked with ZSCAN26 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN26-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN26→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
