ZSCAN26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,949 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN26-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP90, DCP1A, and ZNHIT3. Each is linked with ZSCAN26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN26-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN26→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
