Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZSCAN26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,059 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagosome organization, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Positive regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription. Each is linked with ZSCAN26 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN26-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN26 results are reported.
