ZSCAN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, A-Raf_pS299, and JNK2. Each is linked with ZSCAN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN2-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by ZSCAN2-low versus ZSCAN2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
