Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZSCAN18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 358 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN18-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10V1, OR7E24, and KRTAP5-4. Each is linked with ZSCAN18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN18-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN18 results are reported.
