ZSCAN16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,993 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPF4B, GATAD2B, and NELFA. Each is linked with ZSCAN16 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN16-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
