Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN16-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,932 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN16-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, TUBB, and PRKCD. Each is linked with ZSCAN16-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN16-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN16-AS1 results are reported.
