ZSCAN10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN10-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, PCNA, and GSK3-a-b. Each is linked with ZSCAN10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN10-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by ZSCAN10-low versus ZSCAN10-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
