ZSCAN10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZSCAN10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,839 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN10-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCSH, GADD45A, and FMNL3. Each is linked with ZSCAN10 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN10-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN10 versus GCSH in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
