Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZSCAN10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 875 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN10-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9G1, C12orf57, and MSTN. Each is linked with ZSCAN10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN10-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN10 results are reported.
