Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZRSR2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,110 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZRSR2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of telomere capping, snRNA metabolic process, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with ZRSR2P1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZRSR2P1-to-partner and partner-to-ZRSR2P1 results are reported.
