ZRANB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZRANB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,647 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZRANB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT61B, VNN2, and RPL14. Each is linked with ZRANB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZRANB2-to-partner and partner-to-ZRANB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZRANB2 versus TRMT61B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZRANB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZRANB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
