ZRANB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZRANB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,093 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZRANB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPCS2P2, OR5F1, and OR2V1. Each is linked with ZRANB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZRANB2-to-partner and partner-to-ZRANB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPCS2P2 grouped by ZRANB2-low versus ZRANB2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZRANB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZRANB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
