Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZRANB2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,946 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZRANB2-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B_S334, GOLGB1_S560, and PHF2_S905. Each is linked with ZRANB2-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZRANB2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ZRANB2-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZRANB2-AS1 versus GATAD2B_S334 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
