Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZRANB2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZRANB2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ZRANB2-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZRANB2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRC, SKCM, and LGG are the cancer types where ZRANB2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
