Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZRANB1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZRANB1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ZRANB1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZRANB1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
BLCA, OV, and HNSC are the cancer types where ZRANB1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
