ZRANB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZRANB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,182 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZRANB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTBP2, GSTK1, and MRPS35. Each is linked with ZRANB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZRANB1-to-partner and partner-to-ZRANB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZRANB1 versus CTBP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZRANB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZRANB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
