Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZRANB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,573 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZRANB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein modification by small protein removal, Viral translational termination-reinitiation, and Negative regulation of binding. Each is linked with ZRANB1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZRANB1-to-partner and partner-to-ZRANB1 results are reported.
