Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,548 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS21P2, RPS15AP27, and RNU6-378P. Each is linked with ZPR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZPR1-to-partner and partner-to-ZPR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS21P2 grouped by ZPR1-low versus ZPR1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
