ZPLD2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZPLD2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,152 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZPLD2P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Organic acid catabolic process, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, and Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis. Each is linked with ZPLD2P in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZPLD2P-to-partner and partner-to-ZPLD2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Organic acid catabolic process grouped by ZPLD2P-low versus ZPLD2P-high in CHOL.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZPLD2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZPLD2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
