The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ZPBP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZPBP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, COAD, and MESO are the cancer types where ZPBP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
