ZPBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZPBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,478 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZPBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS6KA6, ZNF663P, and LINC02572. Each is linked with ZPBP in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZPBP-to-partner and partner-to-ZPBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZPBP versus RPS6KA6 in PAAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZPBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZPBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
