The most reproducible ZPBP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Determination of left/right symmetry, Electron transport chain, and Proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis. Each is linked with ZPBP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZPBP-to-partner and partner-to-ZPBP results are reported.
