Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,584 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of response to wounding, Response to interleukin-1, and Response to mechanical stimulus. Each is linked with ZP4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZP4-to-partner and partner-to-ZP4 results are reported.
