Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZP4 data layer compared with 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ZP4 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and CESC show a favorable association.

UVM, LIHC, and KIRC are the cancer types where ZP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
