ZP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRTO4, DAD1, and UBE2L3. Each is linked with ZP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZP4-to-partner and partner-to-ZP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRTO4 grouped by ZP4-low versus ZP4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
