ZP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 550 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1C1, TRIML1, and IFNA13. Each is linked with ZP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZP4-to-partner and partner-to-ZP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZP4 versus OR1C1 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
