ZP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10V1, SGTA, and CNTNAP1. Each is linked with ZP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZP4-to-partner and partner-to-ZP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10V1 grouped by ZP4-low versus ZP4-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
