Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,976 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of fertilization, Prevention of polyspermy, and Regulation of plasminogen activation. Each is linked with ZP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZP1-to-partner and partner-to-ZP1 results are reported.
