The most reproducible ZNRF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein localization to synapse, Negative regulation of T cell differentiation in thymus, and Deltoid tuberosity development. Each is linked with ZNRF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNRF4-to-partner and partner-to-ZNRF4 results are reported.
