Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNRD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNRD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB1P50, RNU6-788P, and MIR4692. Each is linked with ZNRD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNRD2-to-partner and partner-to-ZNRD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB1P50 grouped by ZNRD2-low versus ZNRD2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
