ZNHIT6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNHIT6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,946 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNHIT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR3, AUNIP, and TOP2A. Each is linked with ZNHIT6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNHIT6-to-partner and partner-to-ZNHIT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNHIT6 versus WDR3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNHIT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNHIT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
