ZNHIT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNHIT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 977 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNHIT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP238, IGKV2D-19, and MTND5P35. Each is linked with ZNHIT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNHIT3-to-partner and partner-to-ZNHIT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP238 grouped by ZNHIT3-low versus ZNHIT3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNHIT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNHIT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
