ZNHIT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNHIT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,583 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNHIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF48, MIR762HG, and CD2BP2. Each is linked with ZNHIT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNHIT1-to-partner and partner-to-ZNHIT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNHIT1 versus ZNF48 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNHIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNHIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
