ZNF92

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF92 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,183 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF92-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMARCA5, LRRC58, and TOPBP1. Each is linked with ZNF92 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF92-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF92 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF92 versus SMARCA5 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF92→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF92) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
